I have been working in the IT Industry since 1996 starting out as a lowly PC and Printer engineer. In 2003 I became a specialist in IBM WebSphere, (including Application Server, Portal and Commerce) which is the back-bone for many of the countries leading online stores, amongst many other Web based technologies. I worked for an IBM Premier Business Partner for 7 years mentored by one of the UKs leading experts on WebSphere Commerce, manging some of the countries leading retailers. I have always had a passion for collaboritive working and documentation and now help businesses with their online presence.
